Quicken comes through . . .
And color me "Surprised!" Even though I reminded
Brian on Thursday that we hadn't gotten the promised upgrade, I was extremely
surprised to see it in the mail on Friday. So, while I worked on
a contract that I'd brought home from work, Brian upgraded the Quicken
version on our computer and then upgraded to the next release, completely
getting us "caught up" on the Y2K situation with Intuit/Quicken.
I'm actually kinda disappointed because I'd found out about the Class Action
Lawsuit that's been brought against Intuit for something about Quicken's
Y2K problems and had hoped we could get in on the bucks. I guess
we're going to have to wait for the next "X-Linux.com" IPO instead!
