In case you were wondering, I have been using "fake names" on all people associated with my work and mentioned in my site over the past few years. "John" is not John but another name, etc.; I've pretty much faked it for years. Brian has followed through by using the same names on his website, thankfully, even when there've been social gatherings with the work folks, etc. (Didn't you ever wonder why everyone's husband was named "Jim"? Just NO creativity here!!) Even when you say flattering things about people, they may not want their names all over the internet so one has to be careful.
I figured it made sense to do that so that people wouldn't be offended. Of course, the fact that some people are still offended is not something that I can control. This is my outlet and vent for emotions, feelings and frustrations. That would be why it is "MY WEBSITE". Sometimes you can't help but offend people even when you're trying to inform them of things that they should know about without telling them outright. Oh, well, there's only so much I have control of in this world.
Two Week Hiatus
Until I return from California, I won't be posting here-- patience, I will be back. This being my last week at work, things are a bit tight on time, etc.
When I get back from my new employer's orientation and training, I will post again. In the meantime, GO PATRIOTS!!!
