Beef/Sausage Dip for Crock Pot 1 pound ground beef
1 pound Jimmy Dean or any brand Hot Pork ausage
16 ounce block Velveeta Mexican Mild Cheese cut into chunks
16 ounce Pace Mexican Sauce Hot or MildCrock Pot
Brown ground beef and sausage in skillet and drain and put in the crock pot. Add cheese and Picante Sauce
Set crock pot to Low and simmer for six to eight hours
Use as a dip with tortilla or corn chips or fill and wrap in a tortilla shell.
Also can be poured over a plate of chips, garnish with grated cheese and microwave for homemade nachos.
