Easy Tuna/Turkey/Chicken Casserole

This recipe is very fast and simple. It can be used to make two small casseroles to accommodate personal taste differences.

3 1/2 cups of noodles
1 can each of ham, tuna, turkey or chicken for each casserole dish
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 cup frozen corn or peas
2 cups of shredded cheese divided.

Cook noodles according to package directions.

Combine in a large bowl, soup, milk, garlic and onion powder and frozen peas or corn and 1 cup of the shredded cheese.

Spray two small sized casserole dishes with cooking oil.(1 quart and/or 1/2 quart sizes)

Drain noodles and combine in large bowl with other ingredients, mixing well.

Place desired tuna, turkey, ham, or chicken in each casserole.

Divide mixture between the two casseroles, mixing with the meat thoroughly.

Top each with remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly and cheese has melted.
