Peach Salad

Make this the day before you wish to serve.

2 med banana's ripe

Large can of cling free peaches.

1 large or 2 small boxes of peach Jell-O

3 large scoops of vanilla ice cream
 

Use 1 cup of boiling water and mix with Jell-O in a large Pyrex dish.  Be sure to mix well, not leaving any of the unmixed Jell-O on the bottom  of the Pyrex.

Add peaches and juice. Chop peaches into small pieces. Add ice cream  until white and creamy.

Refrigerate one hour. Add banana's being sure to push them down under  the Jell-O mixture to avoid blackening.

Return to refrigerator and chill 24 hours.
