Easy Beef Stroganoff This is a very quick and easy recipe using Cream of Mushroom soup in place of Sour Cream.
Ingredients
1 pound of beef tips
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can of Beef Consommé
3 tbls of flour
Additional seasoning as desired: chopped onion, garlic, red cooking wine.3 or 4 cups of noodles, cooked
Cook beef tips until brown, brown onions if desired
Add flour and stir to coat
Add both cans of soup and stir it comes to a boil.
Add any additional seasonings as desired.Simmer on medium heat 15 mins or until the sauce thickens.
Pour over cooked noodles. Feeds three to six.
