1 tablespoon oil
1 pound chicken breasts -- raw, cubed
1/4 cup onion -- chopped
1 can Cream of Celery soup
6 tablespoons Milk
2 tablespoons sherry
3 stalks broccoli florets -- chopped
1/2 cup parmesan cheese -- gratedCut chicken into cubes. Heat oil in skillet. Cook chicken and onion until chicken is browned and onion is tender.
Stir in soup, milk and sherry; add cheese. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for ten minutes, stirring occasionally. Cut the broccoli flowers and steam separately. Put the Chicken mixture over cooked spaghetti and
the steamed broccoli over the spaghetti.
