Herb Potato Bake 4 potatoes, skin on, scrubbed
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 package Lipton Onion Soup MixCombine the Lipton Onion Soup Mix with the melted butter and rosemary. Slice the potatoes cross-ways 1/4" to 1/2" wide; place in a casserole or other baking dish. Pour the soup/butter mixture over the entire casserole dishing, pouring/spreading the mixture fairly evenly.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
